As a Financial Consultant, one will play a consultative role in the area of personal financial planning.

Generally the individuals we are looking for as AIA Financial Consultant are those who possess the criteria listed
below, though the list is not exhaustive:-
* Aged 21 and above
* Minimum a Diploma holder (in any field)
* Individual with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as integrity

* Ability to form good habits

Financial Planning Programme (FPP) is a six-month programme specially designed to provide comprehensive training
on sales, marketing skills, diverse areas of investment, retirement, estate, business insurance, education and tax
planning.
Under the Financial Planning Programme (FPP), one will learn how to systematically calculate and analyze needs of
a prospect and determine how life insurance can meet those needs.
* Protection against the risks of life

* Retirement and supplementing other income sources
Besides that, one will also learn Time Value of Money (TVM) concept and how to use a Financial
Calculator.
It is a five-step needs-driven sales system that is extensively field-tested and proven since its inception in

business growth.
Besides providing the classroom training, an external consultant from one of the big reputable consultancy
companies is engaged to share in the Financial Planning Programme (FPP). The main focus for this special session will be on
